Meet James Foster
 Hi, I'm James Foster, or Fozzy as I'm known in the business, and thanks for dropping by.
Regular visitors will notice that the site has undergone a few changes during the close season and we hope you'll enjoy the new look.
I have been lucky enough to have worked with coaches such as Graham Gooch, Keith Fletcher, Andy Flower, Duncan Fletcher, Jack Russell, Graeme Fowler, Paul Grayson and Bob Taylor and I am excited about the opportunity of passing on this knowledge to other players. Supporting me coach will be qualified coaches who I know personally and have worked closely with before.
I believe that all the coaching sessions will be high quality, progressive and, most importantly, fun! Please feel free to browse this site. There are holiday courses, master classes and academies available, with possible future plans to have sessions in a range of sports being led by top international athletes.
